بحضور عدد من شيوخ وأعيان القبائل بمختلف مناطق المملكة والخليج العربي أقام الناشط الحقوقي الشيخ مخلف بن دهام الشمري احتفال بمناسبة أفتتاح مجلسة الجديد الواقع بمنزلة بمدينة الخبر حيث قد الشيخ مخلف كلمة رحب من خلالها بحضور الضيوف الذين حضروا هذه المناسبة وشكر لهم تكبدهم العنا من أجل تلبية الدعوه التي ارسله لهم . وبعد ذلك قدم عدد من الشعراء والمثقفين عدد من القصائد والكلمات بهذه المناسبة
